Before you read
These Partner Terms apply to businesses that apply for, hold, or manage a listing on The Dating List (“the Service”), and to any paid membership or advertising placement purchased through the partner dashboard. By applying or maintaining a listing, you agree to these terms on behalf of the business you represent.
Anyone may apply to be listed. We review each application and may approve, decline, edit, categorize, or place a listing at our discretion to keep the directory accurate and useful for daters. You confirm that the information you provide is truthful, that you are authorized to represent the business, and that your content does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
You may update your listing at any time from the dashboard. Changes are reviewed by our team before they go live so the directory stays trustworthy; most are approved quickly. We may decline or adjust edits that are inaccurate, misleading, off-topic, or otherwise inconsistent with the Service.
Paid placements — including the Homepage Hero, Discover Featured, Category Top Spot, and Deal Banners — provide additional visibility for a defined period. Every paid placement is clearly labelled as “Featured” or “Sponsored.” Placements are subject to availability, and we may schedule, rotate, or substitute equivalent inventory where necessary. A placement does not guarantee any particular number of views, clicks, bookings, or outcomes.
Membership tiers and placement prices are shown on our rate table and are starting rates that may change. Nothing is charged until billing is enabled, and we will provide notice before any charges begin. Once billing is live, fees are billed in advance for the applicable period and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Memberships and placements are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You may cancel at any time; a cancelled placement runs through the end of its paid period, after which it will not renew. You may also request removal of your listing at any time.
You retain ownership of the photos, text, logos, and other materials you provide. You grant The Dating List a non-exclusive license to display, resize, and format that content to present your listing and placements across our web and mobile apps and related promotional materials.
You agree not to submit false or deceptive information, misrepresent your offerings, publish unlawful or offensive content, or use the Service to harass others or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or remove any listing that violates these terms or harms the trust daters place in the Service.
The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee specific traffic, rankings, bookings, or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Dating List is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We may update these Partner Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll take reasonable steps to let partners know. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
